Custom Motorization for Smart Home Automation

About Us

For Over 35 Years - Activated Designs has supported the Hospitality and Design Industry with "Remote Controlled Motorized Solutions" to "Hide The TV"... in the attic, beneath the floor, within the wall, even under the bed! With the simple push of a button the TV magically appears... and disappears, adding elegance and intrigue to any setting.

Innovation - From our first Rack & Pinion Pop-Up TV Lift (1978), installed onto a private Gulfstream Jet, to our newly released "Under The Bed TV Storage System", we are constantly, incessantly, looking for new ways to "Hide The TV".

Custom Designs - With over 3 decades experience in designing custom "one-offs" we are without peers in the realm of custom motorization for the home and office. To date, we have developed over 250 systems to move just about anything you can point to in the living room, master bedroom, private office, or home theater. We have systems to move any size TV, projectors, speakers, cabinet doors, cabinet drawers, sliding panels, paintings, mirrors and more! What would you like to motorize?

Testimonials:

"We received the lift (under bed mechanism), tested and installed it this week at the client. I must say that we were very satisfied of the unit .. very well built and silent."

"We met Art Walker, the owner and developer, at his shop in Santa Clarita. He and his staff demonstrated the Under the Bed TV Lifts. We wanted to see how this would work in our guest room, which is a bit tight. The motorized lift is amazingly quiet. The idea and the design are simple and well-executed. The device includes a way to hide the cord and an optional cover for the back of the TV to present a cleaner look. Art has an incredible passion for his work. He talks about the current technology and potential innovations like an excited kid. Art is clearly dedicated to providing the best product and service possible. We decided to purchase the CU-50 model."
